Noah's Blessing

For Today
Outside my window - it is still dark as
I sit here and type this. I hear the birds
chirping and the dogs barking.
I am thinking - about how I wish I was asleep
right now, in my nice comfy bed
(being it is five thirty in the morning).
and Noah just hanging out next to me.
I am thankful for - That Patrick doesn't have
to work for the next three days and for the time
that we can spend together as a new family of
5.
From the kitchen - Actually tomorrow it will
be homemade enchiladas with my own homemade
enchilada sauce.
I am wearing - blue polka dotted pajama bottoms,
my Creating keepsakes university t-shirt and
my glasses
I am creating - Patrick's mountain biking
layout downstairs
I am going -to definitely get a nap tomorrow
I am reading - my Creating Keepsakes magazine
that just came yesterday
I am hoping - that Noah will be getting tired
soon
I am hearing - sweet little baby noises
Around the house - there are dinosaurs all
over the living room floor
One of my favorite things - Ice cream for dessert
A few plans for the rest of the week - Take the
kids to chucky cheese's tomorrow, maybe go out for
breakfast, bbq at my parents and then all the
fun stuff to celebrate for the fourth of July.

The air show at Hill Air Force Base
We went up to see the air show Saturday. It was so much fun to see all the planes out there. There were so many people there !! The girls and Patrick first went into the KC135 big plane and they got to sit in the cockpit and they liked that. We then went around looking at all the planes until it was time for lunch. After lunch they had a few more planes up in the air. The girls loved the smaller planes that did loopdy loops and curly q's (that is what we called the tricks). It was then time for the main event - The thunderbirds. They are F-16 planes that they have painted to look like birds on the bottom of the plane. (Uncle Tyler flys the F-16's for the Air Force). They were amazing planes, but very loud. We brought ear protectors for both of the girls and that helped alot. There were six thunderbirds up in the sky at one time. They flew upside down, sideways and did tricks with eachother during the show. We left at that time and stopped to get Katelyn some planes to play with at home, she has not put them down since! Maybe she'll be a pilot !! Well it was a great day.
P.S. Stay tuned tomorrow for baby pictures tomorrow. We are going in to the hospital in the morning.
