Hello everyone !!
I wanted to take a moment and share another Simple Stories project. This particular 2 page layout was included in the Good Day Sunshine Simple Inspiration ebook put out by Simple Stories. It is awesome and chalk full of wonderful summer inspiration. So be sure to check it out.
You can get your free download here.
I have been slowly working on finishing my 2013 Project Life Album. Since summer hadn't happened yet in 2014, I chose week 25 from 2013 for this project.
This line is new from Simple Stories. It is called Good Day Sunshine. It's AMAZING !! The colors are bright and colorful. I fell in love the moment I saw it.
Let's get started. Here is a look at both pages.
The left side.
The title card. I love the Simple Stories Sn@p Cuts. But I decided to cut this one down and put it onto some white paper to give it a cleaner, brighter look. One of my favorite things to do with these Cuts is to put patterned paper behind them. Love the look that it gives.
Journaling card.
I created this 2 pocket journaling card because I needed more room for journaling and I didn't want to eliminate a photo. This one talks about our Summer Bucket List.
This one was fun to do. I used the hello cut out from the bits and pieces set and added the white summer piece. Punched out a heart from vellum behind it all.
I used another Sn@p Cuts again. I decorated it with patterned paper, enamel dots, ect.
The right side.
This is a classic Noah face !!
Fun filler card. Adding an Ali Edwards brush and other embellishments.
Added this cute photo onto the ampersand wood grained card.
Journaling cards.
More journaling cards.
Another week is done from my 2013 album thanks to the fun products from the Good Day Sunshine collection.
Look for more of these colorful products to pop up this summer !! So much fun.
P.S. I can't believe that summer is here again !! I feel like this past year flew by.
Stay tuned to more PL layouts hopefully soon. I've been busy creating, but haven't shared them yet.
I wish a very happy start to the summer to everyone. My kids are out of school and this week marks the first official week of summer.
