Project Life Week 20

I just about had week 20 finished when I started Week In The Life week and so I took some time yesterday to finish it and here it is. It was moving week and I really wish I had taken more pictures of us actually moving in.  I really regret it now. Oh well. Not a lot of pictures so I put a lot of journaling in this week.

Noah got into the sunscreen that was in the bathroom cabinet and this is the result. That look is SO HIM. So the first pictures are of him.

The third picture is of us moving the washer or dryer. So thankful to have one of the ward member come and help us move.

This quote came from Ali Edwards. She used it in her PL book as well. I knew it would be perfect for this week. "PUT ON YOUR HAPPY LIFE". And that is just what we are doing.

New Home Journaling. Wanted to get the move in date.

This journaling card talks about how the week went and how unsure we were about when we could move in.

There were a few extra pages this week. Four in fact. This is the first one of me holding the set of keys to our new home.The picture is 8x8. The brush is from Ali Edwards.

I added a few things to the print and so here is a look at that.

This week was on the first times Patrick was able to out on location for his work. He was thrilled and he got a few pictures for me. They are 8.5 x 11.

I have been saving this home card from Jenni Bowlin for a while now and so happy to use it. I mounted it on to a journaling card, added a chipboard heart and then put a bow in the center.

And that is the end of the week. It was a fun and stressful week. Going off to watch some UTES football now.

Week In The Life Sunday

The last day of the project is done and photographed. Another great day filled with family and a BBQ !! Here are some pictures from Sunday.

My brother and Brighton got Noah the cutest Thai outfit when they were in Thailand and so I put it on him so they could see it. Of course he did not want to have his picture taken. This was the best I could get.

Week In The Life Saturday

Saturday was a great day. Lounging and visiting in the morning and then a mini road trip down to Long Beach to see my brother. Here are some of my favorite moments.

First thing we did in the morning. Blocks.

That is it folks. Until tomorrow. Sunday is left. I have to run now and try to clean up the house. It's a mess !!

Oh - It was a sad day today. We said goodbye to grandma and grandpa this afternoon as they headed back home.

Week In The Life Friday

I'm going to make this short tonight. My parents are still here and I came down with a cold over the weekend so not feeling that great. Here are some pictures from Friday. It was a busy day, getting ready for our guests to arrive, making them cards, and a welcome sign. The girls kept asking me when grandma and grandpa were coming. They arrived Friday night !!

When Patrick goes to work out on location he leaves super early.  He surprised me by taking a picture of himself by the clock when was up getting ready to leave. He is such a good sport about getting pictures for me. He also took a few pictures while out working that I will add to the book. But here he is at 4: 45 in the morning.

My mom has been getting me this particular birthday cake ever since I can remember. She felt bad that she couldn't get me my cake this year and so she bought one and brought it down for me !! It was a great surprise.

Week In The Life Thursday

Today was a hard day. I haven't had a hard day for a while. We've had Noah on straight milk for the past couple days to see if he could handle it and oh boy is he grouchy !! So, no more milk for him. He cried the whole morning and most of the afternoon. Well I have to hurry. My parents will be here in about two hours !! Here are some of my favorites from yesterday.

Thursday is usually preschool day but with Noah crying all morning and all Maddie wanted to do is color, this is all we got done. A bunch of nothing !!

11 : 38 AM Ants !! There are bugs everywhere here.

My garden waterer helper for today and pretty much everyday. This kid LOVES the water.

This is what my morning looked like.

I picked up this train table last night from a church member that needed to get ride of it. We took some time this morning to put it in his room and get his track going. It's huge !! And so we will see if its going to stay or
we want to get a smaller one.

I think I might have jumped the gun a little on this one but I am so ready for fall. I found the fall decorations out in the shed and couldn't help myself. Might as well enjoy them for a little while right !! He He.

The girls found some of their treat baskets and so they decided to put on their costumes and go trick or treating.

Patrick took the kids to the park while I went to back to school night at Katelyn's school.

We have this event that we do each month with the kids. Each month on the day that they were born on they get to have daddy time. Meaning Maddie was born March 1 and so it being Sept. 1 yesterday it was her turn to do something just with daddy. They went and got ice cream together while the rest of us stayed home. We got bored so we took some pictures of us !!

Brusha, Brusha, Brusha  Noah loves to brush his teeth and thinks he has to do it ten times a day. I am always catching him in the bathroom trying to brush his teeth !!

That's it for Thursday. So glad that day is over. Not sure when I 'll be able to post the rest of the week but will do it as soon as I can. We have a great weekend planned with trips to the lake, a trip to see my brother and his fiance. Having my brother and Brighton(his fiance) coming on Sunday to stay till Monday. Can't wait.
